From iPhone: Health app → your picture → Export All Health Data. Large exports (several GB) are fine — they stream.
A device export works here too — Oura, Fitbit, Withings, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Health, Google Fit. We look inside the zip and read whatever we recognise.
