Get your data into OwnVitals
Your phone has been quietly recording this for years. Here is how to hand it over — one file, once, and then you are done.
Where does your data live?
Export from the Health app
Everything your iPhone and your Apple Watch have recorded sits in one app, and it will write the lot into a single file for you.
A decade of history comes out at a few hundred megabytes.
The export takes several minutes, and the phone shows you nothing at all while it works.
You end up with one file, called export.zip. Upload it whole.
Tick each step as you go. The ticks stay in this browser and nowhere else.
If your history lives in an app, export it there
OwnVitals reads these archives directly: one file per service, uploaded whole. It works the same from either phone, because the archive comes from the service rather than the handset.

Your own CSV or JSON
One row per reading works best: a timestamp, a metric name and a value.
